gear oil ?

how much gear oil do i put in for my fiat punto 55 i have put a litre in already is that enough

i had a new clutch fitted car seemed fine but 2 days later a load of oil was leaking out from underneath turned out some cap was moved while cltch was fitted gears feel really stiff now didnt know if it needed more oil or not

you need to find out why you need to top up your gearbox oil, if no leaks then there should be no need to. jack up the car, place axle stands underneath and check your g/box sump seal and all around g/box for leaks. if you ask at motor factors as to type/amount they should be able to help, or get a haynes manual which should tell you the same.
