the usual arrangement is a brown power wire to the top element connection making sure you have the element up the right way,then a a blue wire to the left hand element connection and an orange wire connected to the second brown wire.brown wire to the second element connection on the right hand side. .brown wire, next row blue wire then brown wire, the orange wire that is attached goes to the next connection. If you are still unsure please post your question again stating what colour wires you have.
