Mend Rangemaster 110 Working Light Plate

Leisure Rangemaster 110 - electric hotplate/plate warmer?

The electric hotplate/plate warmer on my Rangemaster 110 is not working. The light shows 'hot' but the plate does not get hot. Any suggestions??
