Mend Leisure Cookmaster 101 NRKP Ignition Problem Electronic

Leisure cookmaster 101 NRKP ovens/grill ignition problem?

The electronic igition on both ovens and the grill on my leisure cookmaster 101 nrkp have stopped working. The electronic ignition on the hob still works ok, does anyone have an idea what the problem could be and what i need to repair the problem

My cooker knobs has snapped off in side can't use my ovens can they be replaced

Cookmaster 101 CM101NR- MK11 All working fine apart from left hand oven. Gas is not coming out so won't work. Any suggestions please.

The oven and grill ignitions on my 18mth old Liesure 101 NRKP has also packed in.
What a cheap and nasty product this is ! my 10yr old Parkinson Cowan i replaced this with still worked perfectly when i removed it , i should have kept it !!
I've emailed liesure products and await their response, but doubt if i'll get any satisfaction from what i've read here
Does anyone know where i can get a service/ repair manual for this, or it looks like i'll have to shell out for a replacement, as my Wife refuses to go back to matches, in her new kitchen!

did any of you get it repaired, i have the same problem and am looking to fix it myself, did any repairs solve the issue or did it come back again

we had the same problem on a new one even there engineer coulndn't fix it after 30 days so we got a new one foc and the new one has the same fault after 1 year just goes to show what poor quality cookers they build we have extended warranty but dont hold hopes on them fixing it

I have the same problem after just over a year with Leisure cookmaster 101 nrcp (cream colour). The Hob ignitions are okay but the oven ignition and timer went awry. I've called beko leisure support and they said my warranty expired just a few days ago... great. So they gave me 4 options.

1. use beko leisure support engineer £94 call out + spare part. Ignition (£20), Timer (£50)

2. use your own local engineer

3. buy new one (how ridiculous!!!)

4. they recommend me an engineer but if they can repair, you need to subscribe to their 1 year warranty at a price of £174.

My option is to leave it as it is and buy a gas lighter. Added a big NOTE, never to buy Leisure ever again and will not recommend to anyone.
