Mend Accenta Alarm House Front

Where can I get hold of a user manual Accenta security alarm?

We have an Accenta house alarm - I'm not even sure which model! It has a flip down front with buttons on the right of the panel. It's started playing up recently and as of tonight is making a noise whenever a motion senser is activated. Can anyone advise or point me in a user manual direction?
