Mend Briggs & Stratton 35 Change Mower Start

How do i change the condenser on my lawnmower?

My Briggs and stratton 35 lawn mower will not start, i have taken it to the repair shop and the mechanic said it needs a new condenser which will be £50 to replace. Where can i get a condenser and can i put it on myself to reduce the cost?
