lost manual machine 4 years old?

recently returned from hols to find machine not working, after removing door cover found that a wire had come apart. repaired the offending wire. when now trying to use the machine the timer keeps returning to F1and wont do a cycle, also the 2 red lights for salt and softener stay on and when the door is shut and trying to do a cycle the beeper keeps going any suggestions. this is a last resort. this machine is a integrated Diplomat.
