Mend Stannah 215 Push Button Buttons

Stannah chairlift Model 215?

Above model stairlift. Up push button does not function, Down button OK. Have swapped over buttons on PCB but still same problem. Buttons appear OK. Have checked continuity of wiring from arm down to Relay PCB and all appears OK. May have faint click sometimes on up button after using down switch but no sign or sound that relays are activated on the up button.Unfortunately do not have curcuit diagram for the above...Any help will be much appreciated.

hi........i know its 8 months now since your question,but i will answer it.....i presume the stairlift still moves on the up button on the wall controls! if so the arm pcb is at fault down to wear and tear/age of stairlift. i have replaced this part quite a few times now on the 215 model.stannah have obsolite the part now..but i see theres a web site under [stairlift parts]quite expensive! let me know if more problems..........regards
