EGR valves are bad for sticking on these,undo clip holding rad expansion tank on,pull up and bring to front of engine,remove fuel filter from bulkhead,swing over onto engine,remove 3 torx 30 screws from intercooler pipe just at the filter you have removed,this lets you into the EGR valve,disconnect multiplug and 3 torx 20 screws and this reveals the EGR valve and spring,give it a spray with wd40 and work it back and forward until free and returns on its own,rebuild in reverse,worth a look good luck
