Your carb will be blocked and floats stuck. Basically the float stop the flow of petrol. These are stuck and then the float fills and over flows. The floats stop the carb over flowing.
The thing to watch for is to ensure your twostroke oil is flowing correctly from the pump. If theis is stuck or doesnt work properly then you can kiss good bye to your pistons!
I would buy a manual and give it a good service as its been laid up for a while
New Plug
Strip carb and check oil pump.
Fresh petrol
New Air filter
when run for first time take it easy!!
