flashiing exclamation light on worcester boiler 24si?

More information needed, is it the main blue light centre bottom of the boiler?
If so, is it off flashing on, or on flashing off?
It's seems a daft question, but I assure you there are different scenarios dependant on that answer.
Off flashing on=2 secs off 1 sec on
On flashing off=2 secs on 1 sec off
