Samsung SER 6500 missing X/Time key?

think correct code is 46 (key at s posistion enter 20 st 46 press key posistion & then press same key posistion again to activate.)or if all else fails you can install default keyboard (caution all keys will reset) x/time is above number 9 digit if pressed will lock machine showing date & time nothing will cancel this apart from pressing x/time again to clear.
Turn key to S-Mode. Unplug the register, hold down the second key up from the lower right key on the
keyboard, while holding down this key plug the register back in. An install default keyboard receipt is
issued.only use this if all other options fail.

Actually, 56 is the correct key code for the X/Time key. Is your register a 6500 or a 6500II? When you program a key as key code 56, how is it behaving that makes you believe it is not an X/time key? What are your settings for system option 11? Post again with answers and I'll see if I can help track down what's going on.

Those are the two key codes for the 6500 and 6500II so I'm not sure why you can't get the code to work, especially if you have tried all codes up to 100. It sounds like you may have a special firmware version in this machine. It would be best to consult a local dealer as they may have the details on the variant. if you are just after a key code, they will usually help over the phone
