Mend Making Noise Wondering

soemthing in the back end of the machine?

There is something in my washing machine and it keeps making a glanging noise, it maybe that the pockets weren't emptied from trousers but am wondering how to get whatever it is in the machine out of it. Its in the drainage part as i took that out.

Any thoughts would be welcomed - thank you
