Mend Belling E664 Cooker Hinge Replacement

how to remove top oven door on belling E664 cooker?

the top oven door on my belling e664 when opening got caught on the hinge of the main oven. this resulted in the stainless steel getting peeled off at the bottom corner. I need to replace the door but also need to be sure that the new door sits a little higher.
