Mend Peugeot spedfight 2 100cc Bike Problem Coming

how can i fix my bike ?

I have a problem with my Peugeot spedfight 2 100cc, the problem is there is a yellow and green wire coming from the top of the carb. firstly can any one tell what it is for because the yellow wire looks like it has snapped an half way throw the green wire look like it has been cut and i don't no were to join, or if it needs joining.
please help thanks.

they are for the electronic choke device or bystarter as honda call it,the green wire is an earth and the yellow and red one goes to a wire the same colour ! you will need to look about for it ,i would take th seat bucket out and lookmit only has 4 nuts holding it in and both filler caps need to be removed

both wires green wire and yellow wire are for the automatic choke.join yellow to yellow(this wire comes from the alternator in the engine)join green to green.(this wire comes from behind the front headlamp panel.it connects to a resistor on the frame earthed.it is a thin metal box about 1 1/2inches x1/2inch.
