You need to indicate Make & Model & the specific part you need - provide payment - supply delivery address if not collecting personally.

Finding a reliable supplier can sometimes be the most difficult part of the exercise.

Yellow pages may be useful - office machine suppliers may have access to repair channels - worth a call or two.
