Mend Peugeot Metal X 100cc Power Full

power?

my peugeot metal x 100cc has now power even down hills when full throttle goes no where in a hurry need to know the problem, i put in a new CDI and new coil but still now power can sum1 help me plz

try undoing the exhaust where it meets the barrel a bit so it blows a bit it will be a bit noisy but will prove a point and then see if it goes better then,they do suffer from collapsing exhaust internals and also the burnt oil clogs the gas flow up.
