error problem in canon 6570?

i have an error problem in my canon 6570 xerox machine the error code is E000001 0010 how to rectify this error please help me to solve this error code

Hi Sethu,
Press the star key with what looks like a head drawn around it and the 2 and 8 keys at the same time.
This takes you into service mode.
Press COPIER-FUNCTION-CLEAR-ERR then turn copier off and on.
If this does not work you may need a new fuser assy.
