how can i repair my dbl-glazed window as it does not open, the handle turns but it seems like something has snapped in the frame.can i get access to replace the locking mechanism inside, how would i do this?
I have the same prob. It seems there are plenty of folk out there willing to charge £200 to fix it (I have 30 windows!) but no one is prepared to tell u the DIY method. Upvc-hardware.co.uk seem to have the parts. It must be a health and safety issue? When I find out how to repair I'll let u know and charge u £200 ! Good luck. BJ. (Suffolk)
