how do you release a jammed cd from a 2006 Audi A4 multi changer?

I have inadvertently pushed a CD into a slot that already had a CD in, the multi changer will not now eject any cds. The message screen is showing no cds at all. have removed the changer from the glove box and taken the top and front off but still cannot find how to release the cds?
