Mend Hotpoint BU82 Repair Oven Element

How to fix my hotpoint BU82 cooker?

The Main oven on our cooker BU82 will not work on automatic or manual setting.The oven light and fan work and so does the smaller oven. The oven element looks okay and was replaced 2 years ago despite the stove only been 2 years old at the time.Is there a set of fuse on this model? Where are they?
