Mend Fiat Punto S Seems Blocked

radiator on my S reg punto seems blocked?

are there any bleed valves or anything to make the water flow around the engine .raditor seems cold yet the water on the top hose is hot and the water in the reservoir is bubbling. i have changed the thermostat what else can i do myself

remove the rad,if you think it is blocked dont take any chances,go to a scrappy and get another one,if you want to persevere get a hose into bottom hose and reverse flush it,put a coolant system cleaner in and run it for a day or two,drain and refill,when filling open bleeders if there are any to get rid of air locks,unlikely but have had water pump impellers sheared off or corroded resulting in poor circulation,good luck
