How to fix my MP4 player?
I have an Emerson MP4 Player that has two major problems. One problem is that the majority of my text is in another language. I think it is in Chinese and although I have changed the language setting, nothing has changed. Also, my screen suddenly cracked. I don't know how it happened! I can't see anything on the screen now. Please help. This is all very frustrating.
