how do i fix my speedo?

its a relay problem i reckon there may be a relay with water in it that is allowing to contacts to be joined when the ignition is off.i would also get some contact cleaner and go through all the wiring looms block connectors ans make sure they are all clean inside when you pull them aaaaaapart look for green corrosion as this will cause intermittent connections.
