How to fix my 1999 Chrysler Town & Country Limited?

My insidedash board panel lights, my signal and back passinger lights keep going out. I keep putting fuses in but they keep blowing. Can you tell me what is the problem. Also my window on the driver side won't work either. I cant figure that out either. I need help
