Mend Cub Cadet 2165

How can I fix my blades on Cub Cadet 2165?

Why does the button screech when I engage the blades? Now, I pull the button and why won't they engage at all? I hear an air sound coming from the front of the engine. The blades turn freely. How do I repair the electric PTO clutch or is that the problem? The manual from CubCadet is awful for this.
