panasonic nv-ds65b condensation symbol?

I have a Panasonic nv-ds65b camcorder and I can't use it as the condensation stmbol is on. I have read the answers for this question about whacking it on the back and using a hair dryer on it and neither works.
Any ideas please HELP!!!
