Elect start and all speedo dial functions dead. Indicators work but very fast flicker. Lights ok. Engine runs rough. Fuses seem ok. Is it an earth leak? How can I check for the prob?

replace battery. 3 year old bike with only 300 miles on it the battery will be dead... no matter how good it looks.
I would service bike New Plug, oil, air filter and you carb may well need a clean! Petrol gone stale.

Tx for your interest, BB. Model ANF1255. 3 year old. Mileage only about 300. Kick start works but it runs rough. Batt terminals seem ok. Fuses all ok. Lamps ok. Nothing at the elec start or any thing on the main consul. Indicators are running over fast. Any other ideas welcome. Tx.

check your battery terminals are really tight. I would also test battery. What model. I am guessing it kicks over ok?
