how do i fix a fuji f10 digital camera?

There are lines that sometimes appear on the picture screen of my digital camera. It doesnt happen all the time, but i need help or advice on how to fix it myself. I have electrical experience but not on cameras. Thanks to anyone who can help me

Fuji Fuji F10 Cameras, Digital Cameras Digital Lines Appear
