Mend Hotpoint Smart drive 601 Water Very Slow

Smart drive 601 water flow very slow?

The cold water takes ages to fill the washing machine, I've taken the top off and the solenoid? controlling the flow is hot. I've checked for any blockages and there are none. Do I need to replace it or is the problem elsewhere
