how to fix a new light in lounge?

hi i am try to put a new light up and hav taken the ceilin rose off and now hav 4 set off wires 4 red 4 black and 4 earth wires try to wire new light up but cant get it work and now got no lights downstairs (fuseok) these wire need to go in to 4 point block on new light any ideas out their??
