install a driver on my lap for a olypus digital voice recorder?

I have lost the origional CD Rom that came with my olypus digital voice recorder.I now have a replacement lap top, so I want to be able to transfer the recorded data from my digital recorder onto my laptop each time I want to save it.Can I down load a free driver to enable me to do this
