How can I fix my Mutant MT2000?

I have had 2 recent replacement batteries and a new alternator on my Skoda Felicia. Now my Audio Unit no longer works. I wonder if it may be a security code problem, and if so, can I fix it myself? I have tried pressing the reset button on the unit without success
