Mend Vauxhall Astra Rear Drivers Side

handbrake on a vauxhall astra 2003?

Hi can anyone tell me please, why my handbrake is not pulling on rear drivers side, on a vauxhall astra year 2003, and what do i have to do to fix it.

Vauxhall Vauxhall Astra Vehicles, Cars Rear Drivers Side

If it is a drum brake,seized h/brake cable,shoes worn,broken adjuster spring where the brake adjuster winds itself off,seized lever on shoe,really have to get drum off for a look
