Wonky Digital Camera Lens ?

ead a few of the questions on here about fixing stuck lenses.

My camera has the same problem however when I hold it flat I noticed that the lens was wonky. Another website said that gently forcing it back into alignment could work.

I did this however as I lift up the one side it immediately collapses back down again.

When I hold it in position and shake the camera gently there's a clear rattling sound. Would this be one of the pins completely snapped off?
