black and white picture with nintendo wii?

i was getting colour on tv and black and white only on wii, all inputs nad outputs were correct and managed to solve the problem by adjusting the tv set up picture to 'pal'. many thanks for bothering to answer though!

Do you get color on the TV if you don't play the Wii ? If you do, then it's a setup issue. Make sure you choose the correct input on your TV as the Wii. For example, if your Wii is connected to AV1, you should switch your TV to AV1 also, etc. If that does not work and you have other inputs on the TV, try connecting the Wii to another TV input and switch the TV to that input when you use the Wii.
