Mend Hotpoint BF162 Dishwasher Repair Appliance

My hotpoint BF162 isn't working...2nd light on?

The second light is on and nothing is happening. This follows having done a cleaning cycle on it.
I have disconnected it and tipped it and removed all the water I can from it...but it still refuses to work. Any suggestions.
