fixing chipped decorative glassware?

I have a set of three decorative glass jars in the shape of strawberries. They are about 40+ years old and were originally owned by my mother. The lids are like the top husk of a strawberry aka a little green stem which is the handle by which one lifts up the lid. The stem of one of them is chipped off and I don't have the piece. I am anxious to fix it; I would be happy to send someone an image if they could recommend someone. Ideally this person would be in Canada or the US.
