How can I fix my thermostatic shower ?

I have a thermostatic mixer tap and shower all in one the shower is now not getting hot I took it apart and found a bit in there which I'm guessing is my problem but can't find anywhere I can get this part. The part has a peice of rubber on the top witch pulls and pushes a peice of metal up to give hot water please help. thanks
