how to unlock my security code?

Try this first, onl,y if your happy messing with mains, first turn off the mains supply to the panel,if the panel goes dead you have a battery problem it should remain on ,if it does open the control box and dissconnect the battery leave for a few minutes then reconnect the battery replace the lid and turn on the mains ,enter your code and reset it ,hope you understand that, its easier to do than explain it good luck
