98 - 2000 diesel pump fiesta?

we have changed the engine on ford fiesta diesel endura de a 1997 for a 2000 done all the work but the fuel pump is different and it won't work pleease help it appears to be an electrical thing can they be swapped and how

Ford Ford Fiesta Vehicles, Cars Diesel Pump Fuel Pump Engine

you have three options 1 swap injection pumps over (cheapest)or 2 get pump reprogrammed to your key (around £45 mobile car locksmith ) or 3 take guard off pump fuel solenoid and unscrew solenoid and take plunger and spring out and then have to stall car to cut engine off
