All of a sudden, after winter storage but with new fuel, difficult to start and will only idle. Starves and surges at higher throttle setting. Have taken carb apart and cleaned several times, blown out passages with compressed air, still no change. Fuel flow through shut off valve seems OK.
just let it idle for a minute all so then rev it up and it should work if it didn't work just do it again but let it idle for longer and when it works don't keep it reved up just give it little bursts

air filter clean and clear? change your plug, no other reason for it not to start
