ford fiesta zetec, doors won't lock?

On the door latch assembly there is a small micro switch that tells the locking unit the door is closed and latched, if it does'nt get this signal it will automatically unlock the system, this switch often fails or falls out of the latch, it is easy to replace, it just clips into the the latch assy

1 of your locks is faulty disconnect each lock 1 at a time (starting with drivers lock and try locking doors when does lock the lock disconnected is the culprit and needs changing)
