i require a new Moffat fan for Model MSF 615?

I have a Moffat fan oven Model MSF 615,i rang the local supplier in Lincoln and he says i need the PNC
number on the label on the inside of the cooker door,this number is not there.
I contacted the Wickes store from which we bought it 5 years ago, they gave me three numbers,whichis the correct one ? the numbers are 949713011, 949713012 and 949713013

Yes i have had the cooker out and looked all over it and still no number,i even took the back plate off to get to the fan motor (i did isolate the cooker) the numbers on this are :PCMSG-162400_61R03
and another, CLHZ.P and the last one 3570455.03
hope this narrows down the search

3 different fans listed for this oven so pnc is important to get correct one!.Have you pulled the oven out of the unit and checked all over the casing for pnc number?

i am having the same problem as you. I have got my guarantee and paper work for my oven and i have a different number on it.the number on my paper work is model number 949712311. Hope this is of some help.
