Who could fix my kundo quartz anniversary clock?

I have a bettery operated kuntz anniversary clock that is 20 years old. The pendulum works but the time jumps hours at a time. Who could fix it and how much would it cost to put a new works in it? It is very sentimental?

This will take a very special clock repairman to do this as your clock is not worth fixing per street value. However, I understand sentimental value so you will need to call around and e-mail clock repair shops around the country to see who will take this on. Finding a new movement for your clock will the be had part as most repairmen will not bother working on a quartz movement.
