how can I fix washing machine?

I have a dyson whashing mashing fault saying close outer then press start button,I kept closing the out door and pressing the start button,again and again.the F11 will appear on the screen.the mashine will not work. can anyone help to figure out what does mean F11,and how it can be cured thank you...
