How do I change the belt on White Knight CL300 dryer?

How do I remove the venting wheel on rear of motor to change the belt on the dryer?

White Knight White Knight CL300 Household Appliances, Tumble Dryers Change Remove Wheel

hold the motor shaft with grips and then undo the fan blade.Having said this I pull the back panel out at the top and feed the belt down the back between the drum so there isn't a need to take the fan blade off.if it bends fan a bit straighten it up when finished
