ford trasit 2.5 turbo diesal?

van is over heating and the water dissapears but i can not find no leaks

Ford Ford Transit 2.5 Vehicles, Vans Ford Van Water

Had the same problem with mine small leak on the thermostat housing which is plastic sat on metal the seal had perished. Very small leak but only leaks when engine is running.

If you cant see a leak,probably head gasket,try pressure testing the system,water pumps are bad on these look at front of timing cover for any signs of leaks
