Mend Sovereign SV 46 D Clutch Cable Replacement

Clutch Cable replacement?

I have repalced the clutch cable on a Sovereign SV 46 D Lawn mower. all looks fine but I have a tention spring I have forgotton where it goes. Any suggestions please

The spring has a small hook one end and a larger hook the other Overall length of spring is 70mm

Clutch cable replacement Subject Belt tentioner. Many thanks Husqvanra Man. There is a spare hole near the cable locating hole I dont see much joy in attaching it there too tight. there is a large slit in the base the other end might fit into. Tony

How to mend the clutch cable. I would be nice to know how to retrive an answer on this site.

It is the belt tentioner, it hooks into the gearbox and the other end fits into an opening in the deck, it should tip the gearbox backwards and tighten the belt
