Mend Powerdevil 3.5hp Engine Ignition Spark

Powerdevil 3.5hp mower not sparking?

I can get a spark from a nasty old rusty spark plug against the engine case, but when I put in a nice clean new spark plug I get either a week spark to none at all... With the new spark plug in the spark is insufficient to fire the mower. Petrol is flowing through and carbs are all clean. Electrical connections all sound...
